JULY PODCASTS Our new podcast is now available!

It has been a very long road to put this podcast together. There are still some tehnical problems with the volume that we believe you will find resolved in podcast 0010. We appreciate you making room for our learning curve. Our prayer is that this podcast bless and helps women. Please pray with us, and if you can please pass the message on to others. I have included some copy in this posts that you can cut and paste into an e mail so that you can introduce the podcast to others. If you would like to include these podcasts on your website you are free to do so. Please contact me and I'll let you know how to put them there.

I have come across this very interesting podcast that I thought you might like. Three generations of Christian women share their thoughts about different issues and aspects of life. The women range in age from 23 to 72, so I think that everyone can find something to not only identify with, but that helps each generation better understand what the other might be going through. NEXT PODCASTS

August: Please stay tuned for the next podcasts. They will be on this website the first week in August. We intend, with God's help, to continue to broadcast 4 podcasts a month. In August Chris is on vacation and mom and I take you on a journey. These four podcasts really show that God's hand is long enough to reach, no matter where you are. I encourage you to share those podcasts with friends where families have been fractured, or where there is someone who feels that God could never love them or that they feel they are unreachable. For others these podcasts are incredible testimony to listen to. You won't believe what God has done!

September: I am thrilled about the first podcast in September as it really wraps up the entire month of August and you will find how many years ago, the prayers of a grandmother and the obedience of a child, played a roll in the lives of the three hosts of this show, and in turn the many lives that they have touched. It is a powerful testimony! We will update you more on September's podcasts later.

Barbara 72 talks about the breaking away as compared to mother and child, even as they are older. She also comments on the importance of not becoming bitter over the lack of attention from grown children. Barbara talks about missing her mother on mother’s day and the gifts that she passed down to the generations- faith.

Chris 23 discusses going away to college, graduating, being on your own and breaking away. The emotions involved in the breaking away from your parents and the difficulty both for child and parent. She doesn't feel like she thought she would feel when being called "an adult.” And describes her stage as a journey toward her purpose.

Bridgette 47 Discusses being in the middle stage, trying to help her daughter as she enters adulthood, and her mother as she works through physical trauma losing her home and independence. She desires to look over her life and her accomplishments yet she knows she will soon enter her mothers stage of life losing those things that she has worked so hard for, as well as perhaps her health and longs to be prepared.

Barbara 72 Talks about having to give her belongings away to move into assisted living and the grieving process of letting go. She offers a prayer for all women, especially those who are hurting.

All the women talk about the importance of finding a home church and the differences in the churches that each generation goes to. They offer suggestions for fellowship.

Bridgette 47 lives in Houston, facilitates a senior Sunday school class and helps with worship at her church. She hopes to help other women gain hope and encouragement through the podcast or perhaps even assist with healing through generations.

Chris 23 lives in Tulsa and talks about her denominational background, and the difference between a spiritual life in high school and that of a young adult. She hopes women will gain some life stuff from the podcast.

Barbara 72 lives in New York and talks about counseling hurting women and about beginning Christian support groups through Women's Aglow and training leaders. Her physical active ministry appears to end as she has broken both hips and is living in an assisted living facility. She discusses the importance of family and the principles, both spiritual and otherwise that need to be passed on. She enjoys watching the mirroring of lives and faith through the generations.

Each comments on the importance of prayer in their lives, and the thought of all the people who have prayed for them.
